At Care4Animals, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened consumable products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is defective

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
