At Care4Animals, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Care4Animals is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or customs inspections

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, we're happy to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • Other fees imposed by local authorities

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
